As a Certified Financial Planning Professional (CFP®), Peter not only assists clients with developing plans, he also works with them to ensure the successful implementation of the investment, insurance, and other strategies required to see the plans come to fruition.
Since the start if his career in 1987, Peter has been active in professional and charitable organizations and served in corporate advisory roles. Active on the MassMutual Advisors Association for many years, Peter served as Chairman of the Wealth Management Committee from 2016 – 2018. Peter served as President of the Helping Hands Society (HHS) of Greater Washington – a charitable foundation supported by members of the financial services professions from 2015 – 2018. Past board service has included Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Hope for Henry and Health in Harmony. Peter was honored as the 2019 recipient of The Legacy Award given by NAIFA-GW in recognition of high standards of professional conduct and service to their community.
Outside of work, Peter travels extensively and enjoys experiencing different cultures, foods, and places. Peter is a regular blood donor and a passionate advocate for this cause. He and his wife Lisa reside in Arlington, Virginia with their two daughters.

Colin is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is a Certified Financial PlannerTM Professional (CFP®) and a Certified Family Business Specialist (CFBS). He serves on an advisory committee to a Fortune 100 financial services company with the goal of improving client experience through the use of technology. On two occasions, Colin has been awarded Washingtonian Magazine’s distinction as one of the area’s Best Financial Advisors. He is also a member of the Leadership for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU), an industry association that works with key Congressional leaders on policies affecting the life insurance industry, and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
He is actively is involved in Leadership Greater Washington and in EODC, the Entrepreneurship Organization for business owners in the DC area, where he was also a board member. In addition, Colin volunteers on two non-profit boards concerned with children’s wellbeing and education: For Love of Children (FLOC), serving as Board Chair, which provides after-school programs to underprivileged children, and Alternative Paths Training School, a school for children with developmental disabilities.
Outside of work, Colin is an avid automobile racer, CrossFitter, golfer and a big fan of live music and sporting events. He resides in Bethesda, MD, with his wife, Suzanne (who recently joined Wealth Insight Partners to support with business operations and strategy), and their three young children, Jackie (8), Sean (6), and Charlie (3).

In 2018, she decided to join her husband, Colin, in his financial planning practice. This was a conscious decision to channel her time, effort and energy into the family business. A business built on the foundation of helping people.
Suzanne earned her BS in Marketing and International Business from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. Over the last two decades, she has served on multiple boards including Washington Latin Public Charter School and Blue Igloo Playgroup, a non-profit playgroup in Georgetown for children prior to entering preschool.
As a mother of three and lover of ballet, in her free time, she enjoys an occasional game of tennis and spending time with her family.
Ashley is the critical link between advisor and client, proactively overseeing the underwriting process and ensuring clients are informed and up to date every step of the way. She credits her customer service skills to her experience working in the mortgage industry.
Ashley comes from a large extended family that she describes as “a huge, but tight knit group.” When she’s not at work or spending time with her family, Ashley enjoys boxing, and traveling.

Jim earned an engineering degree from Bucknell University. Jim began his career in project management. He became a financial advisor in 2007. He and his wife Denise have two sons, William and Matthew. Jim is a member of Vienna Presbyterian Church and is active in the Christian Businessmen’s Connection (CBMC). On nights and weekends, he will most likely be found with his family on a ball field – playing, coaching, or watching any number of sports.

Mark enjoys canoeing, camping, hiking, photography, and playing guitar. He is a volunteer in the public and business community. Mark has served on committees for the Arthritis Foundation, and the National Capital Chapter of the Business Ethics Award.

Melanie is no stranger to working in financial services, having spent more than 14 years in the business. Melanie is a licensed Financial Services Professional.
In Melanie’s spare time she volunteers at Habitat for Humanity, Los Angeles, So Others May Eat (SOME) and supports the local March of Dimes and Toys for Tots programs. Melanie and her husband along with her two children enjoy living close to the beach.
After a break in her career, to stay home with young kids, and a couple of consulting gigs later, Mrinal decided to continue her financial services career in wealth management, advising and making investment decisions on behalf of clients, whom she can truly get to know on a personal level. She enjoys being part of WIP, where each client is treated like family.
Mrinal has a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Mumbai, an MBA from the University of California - Irvine and an MS in finance from London Business School. She is currently working towards her series 7 and 66 licenses.
She has served on the boards of various local non-profit organizations. She currently sits on the Finance Committee of EcoAction Arlington, a non-profit working towards creating a sustainable community in Arlington County.
When not at work, you will find Mrinal hiking on one of the many trails in the DC area, kayaking on the Potomac or, very reluctantly, playing her part of soccer mom.
As Director – Financial Planning, she uses her knowledge, experience, and analytical skills to thoroughly review the entire fiscal landscape for our clients. Her attention to detail and broad knowledge of tax, insurance, financial plan modelling, retirement planning and estate planning help her bring both strategy and clarity to managing wealth, investments and future security for our clients.
Pranali was born and raised in India and acquired a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai prior to moving to the United States for her Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering at Drexel University. During her graduate degree she discovered her love for educating, working with and helping people and Financial Planning as a career was a natural fit. She is a Financial Planning Certificant from Georgetown University, and a member of the Financial Planning Association of the National Capital Area. Pranali lives in Germantown, Maryland with her husband Michael and two children. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with family, and also theatre and the arts, food, cooking and travel.
